Ultra-Low Cement Castables (ULCC)
Ultra-low cement castables and no-cement castables (SUPRABET) are used for special applications mainly in metallurgy, in direct touch with melt of metals, slag etc. Very low content of CaO adds high thermal-mechanical properties. ULCC installations are more demanding, application in higher temperatures are ideal, their shelf-life is significantly shorter.
